The place to stay on a school night
Hotel Heritage has 31 dormitories, each sleeping up to eight and all with private facilities such as bathroom, fridge and television. There are eight supervisor rooms on each level or the dormitory wing and all are located near the entrances. The dormitory wing has a recreational room for your convenience, and is a great place to hold 'skit night' or morning briefings.
Hotel Heritage also provides a dedicated meals room and offer a selection of meal times available to book in for your school. Breakfast, cut lunch and dinner menus are available from our Group Reservations department.
Hotel Heritage recommends the government rebate for long distance schools and is a major sponsor of the National Capital Educational Tourism Project.

Each year, approximately 30,000 children stay at Hotel Heritage on a school excursion. They flock to the nations' capital to observe Australia's parliamentary system first hand and to engage in our cultural history. The Australian Government has committed $35 million into civics and citizenship education from 1997 through to 2008. This investment will ensure that our future leaders of Australia complete their school years with an understanding and appreciation for our government and our civic life.
