Scrumptious modern Australian cuisine.

In 2010, Hotel Heritage is host to the new-found 203 Restaurant and Bar, offering modern Australian cuisine for guests and outside visitors alike. We offer plentiful options from our diverse Buffet selection and scrumptious À la carte dishes. Choose from our Buffet variety of hearty soups, healthy salads, traditional and contemporary pastas - topped off by mouthwatering desserts. 

To complement our Buffet selection, 203 Restaurant & Bar offers dishes such as T-bone steak, lamb shanks, seared chicken breast, southern style pork ribs, pumpkin & fennel risotto, seared ocean trout, to name just a few. We also cater for children with our selection of kid’s favourite dishes, and for those feeling only a bit peckish, Light Meals are also available. All the Main and Kids dishes come with your choice of sides and sauces, and are accompanied by the Buffet.

Local wines from the Canberra region and surroundings form the basis for our wine collection. Standard, premium and imported Beers, Spirits and Liquor is also available in the restaurant and at the bar.
